  • Alberto López

    Musician/producer Alberto López runs a music production house and independent vinyl pressing plant. Many projects he has worked on have received praise from DJs and taste makers around world in addition to Oscar, Grammy, Emmy and Juno awards and/or nominations as well Platinum and Gold certification in various markets around the world. Always aiming to help shape unique creations, working with artists such as LCD Soundsystem, Airto Moreira, Flora Purim, Ruben Blades, Celia Cruz, Extra Ancestral, just to name a very few, Alberto views genres as starting points of connection, not necessarily rules to abide by. These days Alberto is concentrating mainly on recording, producing and running BELÚ MUSIC PRESS, a boutique vinyl pressing plant in the great city of Monrovia, California.

  • Azul Amaral

    Most recently Azul Amaral was the Creative Director of Grand Performances... The 2021 Grand Performances’ 35th summer season was the most attended in the organization’s history under his direction. Before landing at GP in 2019, Azul was the Programs Manager of Grand Park, laying the framework for multicultural and multi-generational outdoor programming. It was there he curated the largest west coast public NYE and 4th of July celebrations + year-round Free Community Health and Wellness programming in Downtown LA. Azul developed International acclaim through his soulful uptempo DJ sets... Musically his performances reflect his varied upbringing and experiences, they run the gamut of Afro latino dance tracks to hip- house club beats and electronica edits. Azul is a prominent figure on the LA music scene being involved in some of LA’s most successful club events over the last 20 years as a producer, DJ, and host. His monthly event “Chismecito” is in its 3rd year at the infamous La Cita Bar - a must visit dance staple in Downtown LA His impact has been recognized with several awards, including The 2021 Leadership Award Nomination from Western Arts Alliance. Another honorable mention, as a crew member of the international “Do Over” party! In its 20th event season… Who in 2022, were named Redbull’s Culture Clash LA Champions!

  • Dayren Santamaria

    Dayren Santamaria  was fated to be an entertainer. Born in Matanzas, Cuba, to a professional musician father and an actress mother, she opted for a musical life and chose to study violin at age 8. Her passion for music has taken her on a journey around the world and across musical styles. Most recently, she formed her band Dayren Santamaria & Made in Cuba in 2015 with some of the best musicians in Los Angeles.

  • Garth Trinidad

    Garth Trinidad is a modern day griot - award winning DJ and culture critic, credited in part with shaping LA’s modern music landscape by way of prolific radio programming and event production, discerned music supervision and consulting, and pointed music journalism. He lists Apple, Nike, Sony, and HBO as clients, has been featured in Vanity Fair, Wallpaper, The Source, and Rolling Stone, and appeared on ABC, KTLA, KCET, and The History Channel. Garth recently stepped away from his 25 year post as a DJ and radio personality at NPR affiliate KCRW 89.9fm in Santa Monica to enjoy an extended vacation and pursue new creative projects.

  • Jéli Daniel

    DJ, curator of sound, vinyl vixen and founder of all-female vinyl collective, Red Light Vinyl, Jéli Daniel wears many hats — curating live KCHUNG Radio broadcasts from the Geffen Contemporary at MOCA, to activations with the Grammy Museum, Clean Living Magazine, 1Hotel and Salesforce. Red Light Vinyl works with businesses to better service the community’s entertainment needs, such as serving sounds for campaign parties like that of former female runner of city council Aura Vasquez, to local nonprofits such as S.P.Y (safe place for youth), an organization empowering young people experiencing homelessness to thrive through providing community, and housing solutions that address racial + social inequality.

  • Kavione Griffith

    Kavione Griffith aka KG SuperStar, THE VOICE OF A GREAT TIME, was born in Barbados. This emcee/dj brings the rhythmic, vibrant pulse of the Caribbean to everything he does. KG, moved to New York as a teen where he was exposed to the industry’s finest musicians and performers, many of which he has worked with today. His extensive traveling and passion for music has shaped his extraordinary capacity to connect with people. Live, Love and Feel good vibes, are the explosive ingredients that KG brings wherever he goes. His infectious high energy rocks venues and events all over the world. KG unites people from all walks of life, an expert in delivering feel good vibes by his promotion and celebration of culture and diversity. KG Superstar has a distinct ability to instinctively know what will be hot in the club, he knows what to say and play and with a style That makes you feel loved. KG is also a creative DJ producer, specializing in several genres of music, including Reggae, house, Afro beats , hip-hop, R&B, and Amapiano. He has rocked venues from Las Vegas to Barbados, Germany and New York, to China  japan Malta Germany and London where he did the miss world pageant. His current residency and creation is in Los Angeles, a new rooftop open air day party experience called UTOPIA at The Godfrey Hotel Hollywood.
